Responsibilities: • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Qualifications: • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Must have an "Active" NC and/or SC Real Estate License • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Show good organizational and time management skills • Must be committed to growth and willing to do the necessary work to succeed Compensation: $98,000 - $127,000 yearly
