Responsibilities: • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
