Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Follow the team plan • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000+ at plan commissions
