McKinnon Land Company is a growing real estate investment business developing land across Oklahoma. We’re looking for a full-time sales representative who knows that success takes hard work and persistence. Sales experience is helpful, but we provide training. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions. Compensation: $2,000 base plus a commission ranging from 8-10%. Acquisitions managers on our team have previously earned over $100,000 annually. Target commission is $80,000 at plan. Responsibilities: • Understand the basics of land investing. • Complete all modules of the Sales Systems Training and successfully perform role-plays with the manager. • Fully learn and memorize the acquisition script, including correct tonalities. • Call back new leads quickly, assess their interest, and secure purchase contracts over the phone or in person. • Follow up on existing leads and keep them engaged until they’re ready to do business. • Determine motivation and qualify prospects within 30 days of hire. • Understand motivational factors and categorize prospects as hot, warm, or cold for follow-up as required in the CRM. • Become proficient in setting, completing, and managing tasks in the CRM. • Establish monthly and quarterly milestones with the sales manager through weekly business reviews, monitoring progress, and identifying corrective actions to meet and exceed established KPIs. • Secure the first purchase contract within 45 days of hire. Qualifications: Proficiency in web-based software, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack, or the ability to learn them quickly.
