Responsibilities: • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Sourcing Leads: Proactively identify and generate new leads through online platforms, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. • Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage a pipeline of potential property acquisitions. Qualify leads and turn them into profitable transactions through rapport building, negotiations, and creating win-win solutions • Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough market research and property analysis to determine fair market value and investment potential. • Negotiation: Engage with homeowners to negotiate purchase terms and secure property acquisition contracts. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. • Market Analysis: Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities in various markets.
