    Property Pals is looking for an Acquisitions Manager to purchase properties at deep discounts and add to the available inventory for our investment partners. We are a real estate investment company that specializes in buying and selling off market properties to end investors. Our company is based in Logan Square and we are currently a team of 6. In this role you will be working with sellers, both locally and nationwide, to secure purchase agreements that we can sell to our investment partners. We have extensive sales tools that will help you drive more efficiency in the sales funnel. This includes Salesforce, Callrail, Slack, Investor Lift, and more. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner - sellers inbound and fill out webforms 7 days a week • Relentless follow-up with sellers to close deals quickly and nurture ones that aren't ready • Manage a pipeline of sellers that are interested in selling their properties from first touch to signing of a contract • Go on seller appointments to properties in the greater Chicagoland area • Analyze and underwrite property values with extreme accuracy Qualifications: • Be Confident! Must be persuasive and hold conversations with people • Experience in a closing role with track record of performance • Being a self starter is a MUST. Take control of the role • Must be tech proficient or pick it up quickly - navigate a CRM, understands GSuite, etc • Written and verbal communication is critical. Internal and external • Being fluent in Spanish is a HUGE plus • Handle themselves with maturity and respect • Take feedback and implement it. We don't need to know why you did it • Run an effective sales princess using the John Martinez Sales process • Know when to stop talking and start closing Compensation: $36,000 - $52,000 with bi-annual reviews
