We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities: • Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, make offers to purchase, and write up contracts to purchase • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale to the Dispositions team • Build relationships throughout the market that could lead to future acquisition opportunities • Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with for sale by owners and expired listings, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell • Effectively negotiate or oversee negotiations for sellers • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close • Oversee all aspects of sellers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close • Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to understand client’s needs • Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic attitude • Must be able to set and close appointments over the phone and in person • Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 base + commission
