Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Network with contractors and small-scale developers • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
