Responsibilities: • Assist with property showings and open houses • Support both buyer and listing agents with day-to-day tasks • Learn the ins and outs of negotiations, contracts, and client management • Gain experience in marketing, lead generation and conversion, and transaction coordination • Interface directly with clients • Convert leads provided by the team • Experience the benefits of working at Compass and utilizing their powerful platform Qualifications: • A people-person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude • Responsive communicator who promptly addresses all inquiries • Eager to learn and grow within the industry • Reliable and punctual • A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) real estate professional • Have a car Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
