The ideal applicant has a drive to succeed You’ll be responsible for calling/texting/emailing provided leads, engaging in quality two-way conversations to determine if the prospect is motivated to sell their property, creating a pipeline of follow-up contacts, and setting appointments for our Home Buying Specialist to visit and inspect the properties. This position starts at $45K-$60K depending on your experience. A successful candidate will have the ability to grow and graduate into a Home Buying Specialist position which has income potentials of $80K-$120K+. Responsibilities: General Job Responsibilities: Outbound Lead Management • Conduct outbound calls from provided targeted niche lists • Determine whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer sale of their property • Schedule appointments for the Home Buying Specialist • Follow-up with leads as needed • Manage call lists and update CRM system daily • Responsible for accurate lead and activity reporting using a KPI spreadsheet Inbound Lead Management • Be available to receive Inbound Lead calls from various sources (website, PPC, TV, mailers, referrals...) • Assist callers with questions they have about our process and determine how we can be of value to them • Use provided specific script language to determine motivation • Schedule Home Buying Specialists appointments • Follow-up as needed with prospective sellers Home Buying Specialist • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections from clients • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Research real estate market trends, prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Strong written and verbal communication skills • ​​Computer skills and CRM experience (REsimpli, SmrtPhone) • ​​Proficient with Google Docs and Excel • ​​Strong organizational skills • ​​One to three years of service, sales, and/or management experience • Real Estate experience a huge plus Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly with opportunity for $100,000+
