Position Overview: The Lead Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our lead generation efforts, ensuring high-quality interactions and follow-through across multiple touchpoints. In this role, you will engage in tasks such as vetting leads, setting appointments, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining the CRM, while also contributing to the development and training of other team members. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Vetting: Assess and qualify incoming leads to ensure alignment with business goals. • Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule appointments with qualified leads, coordinating with relevant team members for smooth transitions. • Follow-Ups: Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and ensure timely actions. • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and interactions. • Training & Development: Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members, helping them grow into the role with ongoing training. • Results-Oriented Execution: Ensure that all tasks are executed with a high level of quality, meeting or exceeding goals 90% of the time. • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for personal growth and self-improvement, while contributing to the growth and improvement of the team and company as a whole. • Problem-Solving & Communication: Address any challenges that arise and communicate effectively with both leads and team members.
