Your Mission: As our Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our team leader. Your role is about creating an exceptional experience for clients and being the quarterback to our team leader to allow him to train, skill up our team members, generate new business & close deals. Compensation : $33,000 yearly + bonus Responsibilities: • Coordinate monthly agent training events for continuing education • Manage Showing Requests • Lead management & distribution • Coordinate Showing Schedule & Showing Properties • Attend appointments such as meeting w/ the photographer, final walk-through, inspector • Working/showings with buyers • Communication with past/current clients/lead conversion • Compile marketing materials - such as printed listing/buyer presentation packets/training materials • Keep the team leader organized by being proactive Qualifications: • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Available evenings and weekends • High school diploma or equivalent required • Background in real estate is required for this position • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Licensed Residential Broker with real estate experience • Highly organized detail-oriented • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Tech-savvy (MLS, Google Suite, CRM, etc.) • Flexible schedule – Available 6 days a week , full-time • A true team player with a problem-solving mindset • Coachable • Look for real estate career growth • Resume/job references/DISC assessment Compensation: $33,000 yearly plus bonus
