Responsibilities: • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Set up and attend showings with your clients while helping them navigate through the home-buying process • Negotiate contracts for clients giving them the best representation possible Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $75,000 commission based
