Responsibilities: • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Lead generation • Database • Smart campaigns • Lead follow up • CRM mastery • Follow the team plan • Close listings • Sales talk Qualifications: • Has a real estate license • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • At plan commission opportunity • Sales experience • Good communication Compensation: $85,000 - $160,000 at plan
