Responsibilities: • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $100,000 +
