Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Converting listing appointments into signed agreements with confidence and clarity (We've got the leads - do you have the results?) • Pricing homes correctly and advising sellers on how to position their homes to win in today’s market • Guiding sellers from pre-listing through closing with world-class communication and professionalism • Collaborating with our in-house listing, marketing, and transaction teams to execute at a high level • Holding open houses, previewing listings, attending team trainings, and staying sharp on market trends • Delivering results. Period Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Active Tennessee real estate license • Proven experience with listings and client-facing communication • Strong negotiation, pricing, and presentation skills • Exceptional follow-up and organizational systems • Grit, hunger, and a desire to grow—personally and professionally • Willingness to work full-time, in-office, and treat real estate like a career (not a side hustle) • A positive, team-first mindset—we win together Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
