Responsibilities: • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Qualifications: • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • VA Real Estate License: Must have or be willing to obtain a Virginia real estate license.
