Responsibilities: • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Qualifications: • One year of work experience in real estate • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Possesses a real estate license • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $132,000 at plan earnings
