Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Ensure a steady flow of buyer and seller appointments, handling them skillfully to meet their needs effectively. • Collaborate with a top-performing real estate team that provides an abundance of motivated buyers and sellers, operating at 35% above market average prices. • Receive pre-screened leads and appointments, allowing you to focus on selling rather than cold-calling or manual prospecting. • Work with clients who are eager to buy or sell immediately, providing them with exceptional service and guidance throughout the process. • Enjoy higher commission opportunities, respect from peers and clients, and the satisfaction of helping clients with their real estate needs. Qualifications: • Show good organizational and time management skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Self-motivation and drive • A valid driver's license is required. • The candidate must obtain an active Real Estate license within two months of starting the job. • Passion for sales is a key requirement for this role. • Being a team player and contributing to the company's success is essential. • Excellent people skills are a must-have for effective communication with clients. • Familiarity with area MLS systems is considered advantageous. • Willingness to learn and teach is important for growth in this position. • Self-motivation is necessary to excel in this real estate sales role. • Setting ambitious goals is encouraged for all applicants. Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 yearly
