Real Estate Listing And Transaction Ops Coordinator
Seeking a highly skilled individual to join as a Listing Coordinator to assist in managing current business operations and facilitating expansion. Acting as the central point for all Transaction Coordination, focusing on Purchase Contracts through to Closing. Responsibilities include: • Managing Listing Coordination from Listing Appointment to Purchase Contract. • Collaborating on Listing Marketing alongside our virtual marketing assistant. • Ensuring all files adhere to Broker guidelines for compliance. • Engaging with transaction parties through email, text, and phone communication. • Cultivating positive relationships with all involved parties, including Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Closing Attorneys, and Agents. • Expected to perform 95% of duties independently without constant supervision. Responsibilities: • Contact Manager: Oversee and maintain follow-up boss CRM. • Listing Coordinator: Responsible for processing and completing incoming listings from pre-listing to CMA and accepting the purchase agreement. • Transaction Coordinator: Responsible for the processing and completion of the Purchase Contract whether representing the Buyer or Seller side to closing. • Ordering/Scheduling all Inspections and appraisals, as well as coordination of agents to be present. • Completion of all disclosure contract paperwork, • Schedules and orchestrates Closing • Marketing Manager: Primarily responsible for Listing Marketing, GeoFarm and other mailers. • Growth: Attend seminars and classes as necessary and desirable to improve and maintain skills, and knowledge to keep abreast of new systems and processes that can be utilized on the team. • Meetings: Attend planning and evaluation meetings weekly or as necessary to maintain business practices in the Realtor’s absence. Qualifications: • Must be located in Jacksonville, FL, or surrounding areas — this is an in-house position (not remote). • 2 years of Florida Real Estate transaction and listing management. • Experience building SOPs/Tasklists/Workflows/Checklists. Compensation: $70,000+ annually with additional bonuses available based on experience.
