The Opportunity: The Renée White Team is seeking motivated Listing Coordinators to join our listing department. Schedule/Benefits: • Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with the potential for additional hours as needed. (This is not a remote position.) • Paid medical, dental, and vision insurance. • Vacation time and the potential to earn bonuses after 90 days. Responsibilities: • Coordinate, schedule, and plan all activities from listing inception to an accepted offer. This includes scheduling inspections, staging, photography, repairs, cleanings, and the installation of signs and lockboxes, among other tasks required to prepare homes for sale. • Meet with vendors and conduct property walk-throughs for planning purposes. • Create detailed written descriptions of properties and input/maintain listings on MLS (Paragon). Qualifications: • 3 – 5 years of experience in administrative or project management roles. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient with Google Apps: Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Calendar. • Real estate experience is a plus. • Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. • Willingness to obtain a CA real estate license within 6 months (this is not a sales position). Compensation: $62,400 - $72,800 yearly
