Location: This is a hybrid position in St Louis, MO; in-office Wednesdays and Fridays, with option to work remotely for the remainder of the week. Training will take place in person at the Chesterfield or Shrewsbury office. The timeline of training will depend on experience and performance. The use of a personal cell phone to make and receive work phone calls is required. Must supply your own computer and internet service for remote work. Responsibilities: • Coordinate, manage and maintain property listings from start to finish • Communicate with clients and agents daily to provide top-tier service and support • Ensure all listing deadlines are met and compliance requirements are followed • Organizing, tracking and maintaining listings documents, contracts, leases, and addendums • Providing updates and assistance to operations, agents and clients • Review/prioritize incoming emails and take action • Coordinating various aspects of a listing processes (ie: stagers, photographers, courier, Open Houses, etc) Qualifications: • Team Player with a Professional Demeanor • Exceptional Organizational Skills and Time Management • Detail Oriented with Excellent Document Accuracy • Strong Internal and External Communication Skills (phone, messaging, email) • Problem-Solving and Critical-Thinking Skills • Technological Proficiency — Examples: Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Salesforce, MARIS/MLS, Skyslope, Dotloop, Canva • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently • Real Estate industry experience • Familiarity with real estate contracts and forms Compensation: $23 - $24 hourly
