Root River Realty, a successful real estate team with Keller Williams in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a talented Executive Assistant/Listing Manager to help grow our business and provide exceptional client service. As our Executive Assistant/Listing Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operations, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth business operations and exceptional client experiences. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm. Compensation Package: $55,000-65,000 • 10 days of PTO (after 90 days of employment) • Standard holiday package • Opportunity for growth as our business expands • Dynamic, fast-paced work environment • Chance to make a real impact in a growing real estate business Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize client communication systems • Coordinate listing management, including vendor coordination and property preparation • Handle administrative tasks such as email management, database updates, and document preparation • Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures • Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients and vendors • Prepare and organize documents for transactions • Input listings into MLS and manage listing updates Qualifications: • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn real estate-specific software • Experience in social media management and content creation • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Professional appearance and demeanor • Real estate experience is a plus Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
