    Position Overview: The Listing & Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in our operations by managing the listing process while also leading our marketing efforts. This in-office position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, prepares listings for the market, and executes top-tier marketing. Must be focused on delivering a 5-star client experience by being detail-oriented, results-driven, and communicative. This position has an annual salary between $55,000-$60,000 DOE, plus a bonus structure for meeting company KPIs. If you do not have experience in real estate, your application will not be considered. Responsibilities: Listing Coordination: • Manage the end-to-end listing process, including property preparation, scheduling, and client communication. • Coordinate professional photography, videography, and staging for team listings. • Input and maintain accurate property details in the MLS and other relevant platforms. • Prepare listing presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials to showcase properties. • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the listing process. Marketing Management: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the team listings, including digital, print, and social media campaigns. • Manage and Collaborate with the media team and agents to create consistent content that highlights the unique features and appeal of the team's listings. • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to maximize exposure and lead generation. • Work closely with vendors and media partners to ensure high-quality production and distribution of marketing materials. Client Relations: • Provide exceptional service to clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the listing and marketing process. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding listing-related inquiries and updates. • Ensure that all client expectations are exceeded, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business. • Plan and execute periodic client-centric events. Includes coordination of location, vendors, entertainment, and invitations plus execution of associated marketing plan. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate listing coordination and/or marketing, preferably within the luxury sector in Oregon and/or Washington. If you do not have experience in real estate, please do not apply. • Strong understanding of real estate processes, MLS systems, and marketing techniques. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using digital project management platforms (such as Trello, Google sheets, and Brivity). • Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation. • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Bonus points for experience using Slack, Brivity, Cognito Forms, Google Suite, and Flo Desk. • Real Estate License is a plus. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annual salary, plus performance bonuses
