    Are you looking to take your real estate sales career to the next level? The 608 Team is looking for a driven, goal-oriented Listing Partner who is persuasive and passionate about relationship building. This is a highly leveraged position where you will be working with the Team’s Listing and Transaction Coordinators to help clients navigate the home selling process, and ensure they achieve their desired goals and have a positive experience. A successful candidate for this role will be learning-based, have a servant’s heart, build trust quickly, and remain optimistic and solutions-oriented. Prior real estate experience is not required to join the Team, though candidates for this role will have a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson's License and at least 2 years of real estate sales experience, and have or be willing to obtain their Broker's license. The Partner role is traditionally 100% commission-based, allowing promising earning potential. Responsibilities: • Search for prospective home sellers and present them with information on the current market. • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads. • Contact and follow up with leads to set an appointment, educate sellers on the home-selling process, and conduct a needs analysis to understand their motivation to sell, and a market analysis to help them price their home to achieve their goals. • Review MLS data schedule showings and preview homes to be the local market expert. • Draft listing contracts and disclosure documents, counteroffers, and post-sale occupancy leases to achieve client goals, collaborating with the Listing Coordinator as needed. • Collaborate with the Listing Coordinator to connect the sellers to the resources needed to prepare and market the home, which will increase their net proceeds. • Work closely with sellers, buyers agents, and lenders to review offers, inspections, and appraisals, and negotiate the successful sale of the seller’s home through ongoing, consistent, and clear communication, and concierge-level customer service with all parties involved. • Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator to maintain a high level of customer service and take action when needed from the Accepted Offer through the Close of the transaction and thereafter. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. • Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation with sufficient liability insurance limits required. • Currently hold a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson's license; willing to obtain Broker's license. • At least two (2) years of Real Estate sales experience required. • Familiarity with the local real estate market and current real estate trends preferred. • Excellent communication, rapport-building, listening, analytical and organizational skills. • Willingness to be held accountable, meet daily weekly, and monthly goals, and use the tools and resources provided by the Team to systematically connect and follow-up with leads, prospective clients, and people in your personal network. Compensation: $150,000+ at plan
