Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Compensation: $100,000+
