Responsibilities: • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcase a clear understanding of the real estate industry • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Commission opportunity Compensation: $100,000 - $165,000 at plan
