Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Qualifications: • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
