Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • 4+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry • Currently holds a California Real Estate License Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
