Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
