The Listing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our agents and ensuring a smooth and efficient listing process from start to finish. Responsibilities: Document Management • Receive signed listing agreements and review for completeness, ensuring all necessary dates and signatures are included. • Upload documents to Skyslope for broker review and communicate any required changes or issues to the agent. Client Communication & Coordination • Communicate with the agent about the proposed listing timeline. • Send an introductory email to the seller with a copy of fully executed listing agreements. MLS Management • Add listings to the MLS system in Add/Edit as withheld, coming soon, or active. • Coordinate with the Marketing Team to create and mail listing flyers; order professionally printed flyers if requested. • Update MLS as needed, including price changes and status updates. Vendor & Service Coordination • Connect the seller to a staging consultant, if requested. • Schedule and communicate details for listing photography, and send the completed photo link to both the seller and agent. • Order solar-lit post signs for installation three days prior to the live date and schedule removal after closing. Listing Data & Content Management • Verify information provided in the MLS input form, ensuring all details are accurate and complete. • Enter all listing data into the MLS, including property details and public remarks (if requested). • Upload all relevant media, such as photos, 3D tours, floor plans, and supplements to the MLS. • Coordinate with Marketing to create social media graphics and promote open houses. Showing Management • Receive showing instructions from the agent and set up Showing Time for the property. • Send live MLS links to the seller and agent once the listing is active. Open House Program • Run and maintain weekly open house program for all agents on the team. Qualifications: • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person • Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued Compensation: $50,000+ Based on Experience
