Responsibilities: • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Follow the expansion team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close Sales Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Must have a valid Real Estate LicenseCommission opportunity • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Must live in the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
