Responsibilities: • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $80,000+ at plan earnings
