    Overview :

    A national law firm supporting major financial institutions is seeking an experienced Foreclosure/Real Estate Litigation Attorney licensed in California. This role is fully remote, and you'll manage judicial foreclosure cases, residential mortgage litigation, and real estate transactions. If you're a litigation pro with a sharp legal mind and the drive to manage a dynamic caseload, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage foreclosure and litigation cases from inception to resolution
    • Draft pleadings, manage discovery, file motions
    • Represent clients in hearings (telephonic and in-person)
    • Provide legal analysis and strategic direction to clients

    Qualifications:

    • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
    • Active license to practice in California
    • 5+ years' litigation experience (real estate/mortgage strongly preferred)
    • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and legal research tools
    • Strong communication, organization, and client management skills
