    Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Litigation Paralegal looking to join a law firm growing its practice? Do you have a strong understanding of real estate transactions and real estate litigation procedures? If so, we invite you to apply for this opportunity to play a crucial role in our firm’s real estate practice. We are seeking a proactive paralegal to assist in handling diverse residential and commercial real estate matters, including transactions, disputes and litigation support. The ideal candidate will have strong research, drafting, and case management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, attorneys, team members and third parties. Responsibilities: • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, file management, filings with the court systems, and client communications. • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required. • Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure effective case management, document accuracy, and client satisfaction. • Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant Florida law. • Review and analyze real estate contracts, leases, and agreements as needed. • Assist in real estate transactions, including closings, financing, and title-related matters. • Research legal issues related to real property and draft documents accordingly. • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to personal injury cases. • Assist in the preparation and management of discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and depositions. Qualifications: • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field (Paralegal Certificate preferred). • Minimum of four years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm. • Strong understanding of diverse types of real estate transactions and litigation procedures in Florida. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent legal writing and verbal communication skills. • High level of legal research skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment. • Commitment to meeting deadlines and working efficiently. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management and billing software. • Well-versed in AI research. Compensation: $40,000 to $50,000
