Responsibilities: • Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales • Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team • Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers • Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions • Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards • Help build a Vendor Department Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance • Applicants need a managing broker’s license Compensation: $222,500 at plan earnings
