    Real Estate Manager/Broker – Royal LePage Magna Job Description: Royal LePage Magna is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Manager/Broker to lead and drive the success of our brokerage in Edmonton. This role is ideal for a motivated, strategic, and compliance-focused professional who excels in managing brokerage operations, fostering agent growth, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and driving recruitment and retention initiatives. As a Real Estate Manager/Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the brokerage, implementing industry best practices, AREA & CREA compliance, and ensuring the professional development of our real estate agents. You will act as a mentor, providing guidance, leadership, and support to create a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in the Edmonton real estate market. Responsibilities: • Brokerage Operations & Compliance: Ensure all transactions and brokerage activities comply with Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA), Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), and Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) regulations. Maintain ethical and legal standards across all real estate dealings. • Agent Recruitment & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-performing real estate agents. Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and career development to enhance team longevity and performance. • Training & Professional Development: Lead structured training programs, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to empower agents with market knowledge, sales techniques, compliance protocols, and client management skills. Support agents in setting and achieving their business goals. • Performance Management: Monitor agent productivity and performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and actionable strategies to help them achieve their full potential. Drive goal-setting initiatives to align with brokerage objectives. • Strategic Business Growth: Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives to strengthen Royal LePage Magna’s presence in Edmonton. Develop and execute business plans, marketing strategies, and operational improvements to drive revenue growth. • Client Service & Brand Representation: Ensure that all agents uphold the Royal LePage Magna brand values , providing superior service to clients and maintaining a strong reputation within the Edmonton real estate industry. • Transaction Oversight & Risk Management: Supervise real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation. Provide agents with legal and procedural guidance on complex deals. • Brokerage Policy & Process Implementation: Establish and enforce brokerage policies, procedures, and operational best practices to maintain efficiency, transparency, and professionalism within the team. Qualifications: • Valid Alberta Real Estate Broker License (or eligibility to obtain one). • Proven experience in real estate brokerage management , agent development, and compliance oversight. • Deep understanding of AREA, CREA, and RECA regulations with the ability to implement compliance measures effectively. • Track record of success in agent recruitment, training, and retention.Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities, oversee transactions, and ensure brokerage growth.Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency. Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 + Bonus
