Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join a busy and thriving real estate office in Downey. This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for creation and distribution of creative real estate marketing projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; client follow-up; and preparing reports. This is a small office, so expect to be busy and learn a lot! You will be exposed to different types of real estate transactions and must adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Responsibilities: • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers • Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers • Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current • Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media Qualifications: • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude • Team player • Social Media experience • Canva or design software experience • Marketing degree or 2+ years marketing experience • Real Estate License and/or experience is helpful but not required Compensation: $19 - $25 hourly
