We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic marketing professional to lead and implement our marketing strategies for our real estate team in Boston. This role involves managing and executing all aspects of our marketing plan, overseeing listings marketing, driving lead generation initiatives, and establishing efficient lead tracking systems. The ideal candidate should be personable, professional, and proactive, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment both independently and collaboratively with a team. This position reports directly to the management team. Compensation and Benefits: • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Health Benefits Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the brand and individual property listings • Manage and oversee all aspects of marketing plans, including lead-generation programs • Administer marketing technologies and systems, providing training to new agents and staff as necessary • Create marketing materials such as digital and print content for listings, team branding, and events • Execute a new social media plan and produce engaging content for various platforms • Supervise the production of video and photo content for marketing purposes • Maintain the brand's web presence, including the company website • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and data • Cultivate relationships with existing vendors and explore new opportunities for efficiency • Coordinate with external vendors for photography, videography, signage, and printing services • Ensure smooth coordination with vendors for property listing materials throughout each stage Qualifications: • Ability to develop, plan, and implement marketing strategies for brands and individual listings • Preferred experience in the Real Estate industry • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field • Proficiency in social media strategy and executing social media campaigns • Proficient in learning and teaching cloud-based software programs such as CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc. • Strong focus on details • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing daily tasks • Strong problem-solving abilities • Must exhibit a proactive and willing attitude to support Agents and prioritize their sales efforts Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
