Responsibilities: • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant • Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies • Prepare and manage the production of marketing videos Qualifications: • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • 2+ years of experience in Marketing • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills • Develops innovative forward design concepts • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Real Estate License and experience preferred Compensation: $50,000
