    We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting in property marketing efforts, supporting agents in effectively promoting agents and their transactions, and managing office administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, often disruptive environment. Responsibilities: • Assist in executing comprehensive marketing kits for properties, including print and digital channels. • Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva, Adobe, and other design software. • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral. • Manage online listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Collaborate with agents to understand their marketing needs and provide support. • Help maintain agents’ databases by adding new clients and updating contact records. • Order and manage office supplies, maintain office space, and ensure an organized work environment. • Answer phones and assist with office communication. • Assist with planning and executing office events with the events director. • Execute weekly communication of office meetings, events, etc. • Adapt to interruptions in a busy environment, pivoting between tasks effectively while maintaining focus on priorities. Qualifications: • Real Estate and marketing experience is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues. • Comfort and skill in handling a fast-paced, disruptive environment while managing multiple tasks. • Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and techniques is a plus. • This role is full-time and in-person. Compensation: $20 - $23 yearly
