The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. The ability to be self-directed and create highly personalized Story-telling style marketing is a must for this growing role. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Responsibilities: • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message • Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate those into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth Qualifications: • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Team player • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must • Develops innovative forward design concepts • 3+ years' experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
