    We’re looking for a Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and create compelling content that connects with our audience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in SEO, social media, paid advertising, and content creation, including email marketing, landing pages, video editing, and creating print materials for clients and consumers, such as marketing packages that reinforce the team’s marketing expertise and showcase our brand effectively. Responsibilities: • Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns – Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across web, email, social media, PPC, and display advertising. • Content Creation – Write engaging email marketing content, newsletters, and blog posts; develop high-converting landing pages and resources; and assist in video editing for social content and ads. Create content and information that will be perceived as valuable to clients and the general public, ultimately generating more client acquisition opportunities. • Social Media Strategy – Build and maintain a strong social media presence to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. • **SEO & Website Maintenance **– Oversee website performance, optimize content for search engines, and enhance user experience to drive organic traffic. • Performance Tracking & Metrics – Monitor key metrics to assess marketing effectiveness, including website traffic, lead conversion rates, email open rates, social media engagement, and ad performance. Use data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI. • **Listing & Commercial Marketing **– Create compelling listing descriptions, listing videos, and marketing materials for residential and commercial properties. • Print & Digital Marketing – Design and distribute (electronically/by mail) postcards, guides, and printables to support branding and lead generation efforts. • Lead Generation & Sales Funnels – Develop strategies for lead funnels and optimize conversion points in the customer journey. • Collaboration & Innovation – Work with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to develop fresh marketing strategies and improve user experience. • Stay Ahead of Trends – Research emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and content strategies to keep us ahead of the competition. Qualifications: • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation, preferably in real estate. • Proficiency in SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing, and social media strategy. • Strong skills in marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software. • Experience with landing page creation, writing resources/guides, and video editing. • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance. • Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving industry. Compensation: $35,000 - $80,000 yearly
