Responsibilities: • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Conduct Group and one-on-one coaching sessions with real estate agents to assess their individual needs, goals, and challenges • Create personalized development plans for each agent, focusing on areas such as lead generation, time management, client service, negotiation skills, and overall productivity • Provide guidance, support, and accountability to agents to help them implement strategies and achieve their goals • Assist agents in developing effective business plans and marketing strategies to generate leads and build a strong client base • Conduct group training sessions and workshops on topics related to productivity, goal setting, sales techniques, and other relevant areas • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure agents are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge • Monitor and track agents' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve • Collaborate with the other coaches, team leaders, and management to develop and implement training programs Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Requirements: • 5 + years of Real Estate Sales experience • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with developing Agents Compensation: $125,000+ at plan yearly
