Responsibilities: • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Recruit new agents and Mortgage Loan Officers via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • High attention to detail for processing of legal documentation for both Real Estate and Mortgage Lending Qualifications: • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Must be within 10-minute drive to 76015 for in office hours • Bilingual skills highly regarded, but not required Compensation: $15 - $23 hourly
