    We are in need of a professional real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents and mortgage loan officers who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to individuals, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful • Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality • Recruit new agents and Mortgage Loan Officers via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • High attention to detail for processing of legal documentation for both Real Estate and Mortgage Lending Qualifications: • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services • Strong organizational skills and time management skills • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Must be within 10-minute drive to 76015 for in office hours • Bilingual skills highly regarded, but not required Compensation: $15 - $23 hourly
