Responsibilities: • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals • Support and learn from other sales team members to help establish your own prosperous and long-term real estate career • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals Qualifications: • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred • A proven track record of sales and success • Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships Compensation: $127,200 at plan earnings
