    As our New Home Sales Professional, you will create a world-class home buying experience by helping buyers identify their dream home, select floor plans, amenity options, and assist in coordinating the construction process. Licensed agents are preferred but we also encourage applicants who are seasoned sales professionals seeking a new industry to sell in. Responsibilities: • Able to be present at new home communities 5 days a week so potential buyers have ample time to tour homes • Support and learn from other sales team members to help establish your own prosperous and long-term real estate career • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely • Track all phone, email and CRM interactions with prospective clients to help ensure monthly sales goals are being met • Provide potential home buyers with home features and community amenities to aid in their decision making process • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals Qualifications: • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies • A proven track record of sales and success • Knowledge of Real Estate and new home construction preferred • Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred • A proven track record of sales and success • Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships Compensation: $127,200 at plan earnings
