    Our fast-paced real estate office is seeking a dynamic Office Administrator to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. As the first person to open the office each day, you’ll set the tone by ensuring everything is ready for a productive day. You’ll be the go-to contact for incoming calls, keeping the energy welcoming and professional for every inquiry. Beyond maintaining office supplies and tech readiness (think reliable printers and software support), you’ll play an essential role in supporting the team owners with scheduling and administrative tasks, as well as assisting agents throughout their transactions. In this role, you’ll take charge of agent onboarding and technology training, ensuring every new agent feels confident and empowered. Throughout their transactions, you’ll be there to guide them through questions and provide support, fostering a positive, productive environment. Responsibilities: • Office Management: Open the office each day, ensure a welcoming environment, maintain stock of supplies, and troubleshoot technical equipment to keep everything running smoothly for agents and team members. • Agent Support Onboarding: Guide new agents through onboarding and tech training, and provide ongoing support to agents throughout their transactions, helping them navigate systems and tools effectively. • Administrative Assistance: Answer phones, schedule meetings, and provide administrative support to team owners, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization. • Culture Environment: Foster a positive, engaging office culture, proactively addressing needs and creating a productive atmosphere for all agents and team members. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Great written and verbal skills • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager Compensation: $25 per hour + Commissions
