  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the real estate agents in our office and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker, agents and clientele. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring paperwork accuracy, office organization and ensuring a strong connection between our agents and offices. Responsibilities: • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary. • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork. • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met. • Reviews real estate contracts and forms. • Updates office files and paperless system. • Updates accounting system and enters transactions daily. • Reconciles MLS data with accounting records. • Deposits commission checks and escrow money. • Handles operational matters for the office with a positive attitude. • Troubleshoots basic computer and printer issues. • Adds and removes new agents into the office systems. • Handles incoming phone calls for the office. • Maintains and manages conference rooms and workroom areas. • Assists all RE/MAX Executive associates and staff members from all locations. • Responsible to keep confidential communications confidential. • Respond to agent and client needs with urgency and attentiveness. • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events. • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team. Qualifications: • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines • Strong background in adapting to and excelling with new technologies. • SC Real Estate Licensee preferred. Compensation: $40,000-$45,000
