Keller Williams Grand Rapids East is looking for a highly organized and personable Office Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, eager to learn, an excellent communicator, highly detail-oriented, and skilled with technology, particularly Microsoft Office. As the Office Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of our Market Center, ensuring agents and clients feel greeted with warmth and professionalism. Responsibilities include managing the reception area by opening and closing it daily, guiding visitors, notifying agents and staff of arrivals, answering and directing phone calls, and accurately inputting listing and sales data in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating events and supporting the overall productivity of the office. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 Responsibilities: • Front Office Management: Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, answer and route calls, and manage incoming mail, checks, and packages. • Administrative Tasks: Support agents with data entry for listings and sales, assist in onboarding, and create/distribute office communications. • Event Coordination: Prepare training and meeting rooms, organize office events, and ensure the space is tidy and welcoming. • Technology Assistance: Help set up tech for meetings and provide support with office systems and software. • Foster a Positive Environment: Build relationships with agents and contribute to the vibrant culture of our Market Center. Qualifications: • At least 2 years in administrative or customer service roles. Experience in real estate is an added advantage. • Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Calendar, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Graphic design and marketing skills are a bonus. • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented. • Positive, outgoing, and eager to take the initiative in a dynamic environment.
